- January 2007. Provided two-day customized training to Minifellow
Epilepsy Foundation, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Focused training on the presentation of PowerPoint materials through Camtasia
Studio for production of Flash output.
- December 2006. Provided three-day instructor-led training on Camtasia
Studio to six trainees at Harcourt Assessment in San Antonio, Texas.
- January 2006 to April 2006. Provided one-on-one training to CopperCom
personnel in using Camtasia Studio to create Overview Training Modules for CSX Switching System.
- April 2004. Provided half-day training session to broad audience
of Society for Technical Communication members on converting procedures to tutorials and using Camtasia Studio to produce
software tutorials.
- October 1996 to 2003. Created help system and tutorials for TechSmith
products: SnagIt Screen Capture and Camtasia Studio.
- December 2002. Provided half-day software demonstration session on
Camtasia Studio to STC.
- January 2000 to April 2002. Created custom
Camtasia tutorials for a major web commerce site.
